📍 Order Processing Times

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
If you created an account, you can also track progress through your customer portal.

🚚 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and promotions available at the time.

We typically offer:

  • Free shipping on promotional orders 

  • Standard shipping 

  • Tracked shipping 


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes once the parcel reaches your country.

These charges are not covered by us and remain the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these fees as they are determined by your local customs authority.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Most orders include tracking information.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

If your tracking does not update within a few days, this is normal—international scans vary by country.
However, if you’re concerned, feel free to contact us.


❗ Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link

  2. Contact your local post office or customs office

  3. Then email us at info@everydaypetlife.store

We will investigate and assist you promptly.

We consider an order lost if it has not been delivered within 45 days of dispatch, and will offer a replacement or refund.


🏠 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible for lost parcels.
If the parcel returns to us, we can resend it once the correct address is provided (reshipping fees may apply).


🛑 Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
